Woke up at 10:20a, made a protein shake, took 10mg Add @ 10:35, vitamins.
Kinda lost my stomach/food/etc (as usual) around 11:45. I can’t say it was the shake because it usually happens with eggs and stuff as well. Maybe try cereal, I’m not sure. Maybe eat an hour and a half before I have to leave? That’d mean waking up hour and a half early, eat first, shower, etc… eg. 7:15 for a 9:00 class.
