Update
Made 1.25lb Ground Lean Turkey and stuck it in hamburger helper - lol. Ate about 3/4 of it at 8:30p. Worked out at 5:30-7:30p. 8 laps/jog speed, 4 up/down drake (horrible!) and s.p. 85@15, 70@15×2, 45@20 at wooden. Now I’m not too hungry, although my back hurts considerably. Want to take pm@10p and hopefully sleep at 10:30.
