Okay I started taking Adderall XR 30mg once a day on sunday.  I didn’t take it at all yesterday (haven’t done that in several weeks) and today I’m noticing some effects that probably are exessive dosage related, probably just becuause I had zero in my system for a short period of time - but I wanted to document it.

I’m really goal oriented and motivated, as I usually am with the medicine, but it I’m really antsy and can’t focus on any one thing and can’t really read and want to stand up and walk around and stuff.

So moral of the story is that skipping a day is bad if I’m returning to full dose, or perhaps the “break” is helping me see that the 30mg is a bit high.  I could go down to 20, not sure.
